中文摘要：近年来，会展业已成为沈阳市重点发展的八大强势产业之一，会展业作为一项既能促进经济发展，又能打造城市形象的产业，在沈阳市的发展前景愈加可观。依托沈阳市作为东北第一大城市、同时是东北地区政治经济交通中心的优势，会展业已经成为沈阳经济发展的重要助推剂之一。但在迅速发展的过程中，沈阳市会展业在各个方面还存在着许多问题——会展类型单一、优质大型展会缺失、会展场馆建设与管理方面的问题等——这些都阻碍了沈阳市会展产业的良性发展。而深圳市作为中国经济对外发展较早的地区之一，经济基础雄厚，经济影响力和辐射力巨大，服务业、对外贸易发达，城市基础设施完善，展馆设施先进，具备了发展会展业优越的基础条件，已经形成了相对稳定的发展模式，成为我国会展业发展较发达地区，可以为沈阳市提供很多经验与依据。文章通过借鉴深圳市会展业发展模式，从会展业发展模式、城市建设、政府政策、未来规划等方面提出解决沈阳市会展业发展问题的建议，为促进沈阳市会展业更好的发展提供一定的理论和实践借鉴。通过探究深圳市与沈阳市会展业的异同比较，不仅可以清楚的发现沈阳市会展业的不足之处，更能够为沈阳市提供现实可行的措施，实现会展产业的快速健康的转型，因此对完善本地会展业的发展有着一定的学术意义，为促进本地会展业的发展提供一些理论依据。

Abstract: In the past few years, the exhibition industry in Shenyang has become one of the eight leading industries that was attached great importance to by the city government. With its active role in promoting the economic development and building the image of the city, it enjoys a bright prospect. With the location of Shenyang as the largest city in the northeast of China and its position as the political and economical centre in this area, the exhibition industry there has been a promoting factor in the development of its economy. However, problems still exist despite its rapid development, such as, the monotonous mode, the lack of large exhibition of high quality, and the construction and administration of the exhibition centre. All of these have impeded the healthy development of the exhibition industry. While Shenzhen, as one of the first districts that have been open to foreign countries and developed since the 1980s, has strong economic foundation. With the powerful influence and radiation of its economy, the developed service industry and the foreign trade, the sound infrastructure, and the advanced facilities in the exhibition centre, Shenzhen boasts advantageous conditions for developing exhibition industry and has formed a comparatively stable mode. It is now among the most developed regions in terms of exhibition industry. The analysis of its success can provide a lot of experiences and references for Shenyang Exhibition industry. This paper aims to find out the solution to the problems in the process of developing Shenyang exhibition industry, and seek the theoretical and practical reference by analysing the success of the exhibition industry in Shenzhen. It will be deducted from the following aspects: the developing mode, the construction of the city, the government policies, and the future plan of the city. By comparing the exhibition industry of Shenyang with that of Shenzhen, we can have a clear view of the weakness existing in Shenyang exhibition industry. On this basis, we can arrive at the realistic and practical measures, and accomplish the quick and healthy transformation of the industry. In this way, this paper is of great academic sense and will contribute to basing the theoretical reference for the development of the exhibition industry in Shenyang.
