First, we should let them know the benefits of the traditional and healthy games．Then we should limit their time and places of playing computer games．Finally, train children's abilities of judging the games' advantages and disadvantages, because parents and teachers couldn't accompany them forever．Only children themselves can keep a healthy life through their own efforts to play the traditional and healthy games.
