最近，《英语报》以“你心目中的好老师是什么样子的？”“一名受欢迎的老师应该有什么样的特点？”为题展开调查和讨论，结果如下：
41%（be fun) 52%（be fair） 69%(be patient and helpful) 68%(can play different roles)
结合自己的观点，围绕“what is my favorite teacher like?why?"这个主题写一篇作文。

chinese proverb says, being teacher for one day, being the father all life long. we can see that teacher is the same important as our parents, actually the teachers' words and actions affect the students for one life time.
so a good teacher should play different roles, the good teacher shall be very patient to deal with different student, every student is one free individual, owns different experience and ideas, teacher has to get close to them and share with them somethng, with different student at different times, there is lots of difference in the communication. finally the teacher gets closer to the student and open his heart, so a good teacher is like friend, he shall be fun. each student is the same important in teacher's mind, the teacher shall take care of all the students, like the parents, the parents will never discriminate the children. so a good teacher shall be equal.

Recently we had a survey about what is our favourite teacher. Of course different people have different opinions . Forty- one percent of them think that their favorite teacher should be fun . Fifty -two percent of them think their favorite teacher should be fair to all the students. Sixty- nine percent of them think their favorite teacher should be patient and helpful. Sixty-eight of them think their popular teacher can play different roles. In my opinion ,a popular teacher should have a wide range of knowledge and can make his teaching lively and interesting.
