摘要：作为金融监管的重要问题之一，消费者保护一直受到各国监管机构的重视。美国的此次金融危机显露了其在金融消费者保护方面的不足，而作为挽救危机的重大举措——多德-弗兰克法案的核心就是在金融系统中保护消费者。本文拟通过分析美国此次金融监管改革的相关内容，对比我国实际情况，提出一些建议，希望能够对完善我国金融监管体制中的消费者保护制度有所帮助。

Abstract:As one of the important issues of financial regulation,consumer protection has always been highly valued by each national regulatory agencies.The financial crisis of America exposures it's insufficient in the aspect of financial consumer protection.While as great measure of rescuing the crisis,the core of DoddFrank bill is to protect consumers in financial system.This thesis has maken some suggestions by analyzing the related content of the reformation of financial regulation this time and by comparing the actual condition,hoping to be helpful to the perfection of consumer protection system of financial regulatory system in our country.

The United States of America 's financial crisis emerged in the consumer financial protection aspect insufficiency, and as the major move to rescue the crisis -- Dodd Frank act is the core of the financial system in the protection of consumers.
