I'm so sorry for replying late.
I worked very late last night hence did not reply you.
I have discussed with my family and decided not to cancel our travel to Japan. We can also take this good opportunity to have a fun in Tokyo and visit you as well. Our visit will be during 26 April to 30 April. Hope to see you if there is a chance.

Yesterday night work very late, so he didn't reply.
