This paper expounds the current situation of the development of the consumer market in China, on the basis of the analysis of the factors that influence consumer purchase decisions.

With the development of consumption economy, and the change of consumption view and structure in market economy environments, to present the social value of its products or service, entreprises should work more on understanding and analyzing of buying desision factor of consumers to establish the marketing strategy so that to increase the market share and degree of satisfaction and thereby to all-round improve the comprehensive compititive of enterprise. This article is to analyse the influencing factor of consumer buying deceision based on expouding the current developing status of consumption economy.
