跪求高手翻译 急！！

2009年7月，从学校毕业的我进入XXX公司工作。公司主要是以X为原料生产XX等化工产品。而我在公司的X车间工作，2年多的时间，经历了X车间装置从安装到调试，再到正常生产的过程。其中有很多辛酸，也有很多的快乐。在XXX的这段工作经历，对我个人的成长有很大的帮助，也给了我很多的感触。我认为在工作中要以理论知识为基础，加强理论学习，对工作有了充分的认识之后才能干好这份工作。然后要有严谨、踏实的工作态度，对待工作要尽职尽责。最后才能将个人能力和团队协作充分施展于工作之中，创造更多的价值。
我具有良好的大局观，慎密而活跃的思维，冷静踏实的工作态度，强烈的进取心，诚实，不拘小节，团结友好。我是一个做事细致的人，在做一件事之前我会前后想清楚了才去做，所以说我是一个不喜欢失败的人，但并不代表我害怕失败。同时我也有很多不足之处，性格直率，有时言语或许会过于直白。在与人沟通方面属于慢热型，给人的印象是缺少亲和力。但实际上我是很热情友好的一个人，在沟通技巧这方面我还有很多需要学习的地方，我也一直在为此努力。
我现在只是认识X，还做不到认知，但我对X产生了浓厚的兴趣，使得我非常想加入这个有活力的团队，同时X也是一个非常宽广的平台。如果有幸加入X，我会尽我所能地做好每件事，非常渴望能够加入X。

I graduated In July 2009, and went straight from college into the company XXX. The company is mainly using of X as the raw materials to produce XX and other chemical products. And I work in the company's X workshop for more than 2 years now, and since have gone through the X-shop device from installation to commissioning, then to the normal production process. During these times, there were a lot of bitterness, and a lot of fun. This XXX experience, had been a great help for my personal growth, but also gave me a lot of feelings. I consider of using the theoretical knowledge in work as the foundation of theoretical acknowledge, strengthening your theoretical studies.After you have a full understanding of the work then the job can be done better. And then you would have a rigorous, pragmatic attitude towards work to fulfil your duties. Finally fully display your individual abilities and teamwork into the work, which would create even more value.
I have a good view of big picture, prudent and active thinking, calm and pragmatic attitude, strong entrepreneurial spirit, honest, easy going, Harmonious and friendly. I am a meticulous worker, I only do things after I have thought them over twice and again clearly. Therefore, I am a person who does not like failure. But in the same time, I have my weaknesses too, my straight forward and directness character, and sometimes because of my words may be too straightforward. when communicating with people belong to the slow type, which might give the impression that I lack of affinity. But actually I am a very warm and friendly one, in terms of communication skills, I know that I have a lot to learn, and I am learning it with my best effort.
At this moment I only knew about the X, though still failed the cognitive, but I had grown to have a strong interest in X, so make me very much longing to join this dynamic team, and X is also a very broad platform. If I am fortunate enough to join the X-, I will do my best to do everything right.

I joined XXX in July, 2009 after graduation, where chemicals such as XX are produced from X. I worked in workshop X for more than 2 years when the equipments there were put into producition after installation and commissioning. There were lot of hardship and joy. The workin experience in XXX has helped me greatly in growing and brought me different feelings.I suppose work should be based upon theories so as to be done well with enough knowhow. Besides, precise, earnest attitudes and responsibility are necessary so that personal ability and team coordination are fulfilled into the work to create the utmost value.
I am with overall perspective, cautious and active thoughts, cold and earnest attitude, strong endeavor, honest, rakish and freindly. I am so careful as not to do anything before thinking. I don't like losers which does not mean I am afraid of failure. Meanwhile I have difficiencies, like being straight-forward. There is much to learn for me in communication which I have been trying hard.
Up till now I just knew X, far from being familiar. However, I have been deeply interested in X, which attracted me to take part in such an energetic team and a wide stage as well. If I were lucky enough to be a member in X, I would try every effort to do every thing. Look forward to the opportunity.
