我的是4G内存的，怎么可用的只有1G呢.

楼上 你家的电脑 内存 4G 吃剩 1G 了？ 看 系统 什么的 xp系统 4G 内存显示 3G 或2.5G 或2.25G 具体看 版本 win7 支持 4G

win7 32位不支持4G 理论上是这样 但是你需要开启 网上有专门的破解软件 你下载下来 安装上去就可以了 这个也有可能是硬件兼容性问题
多尝试着处理下 找找原因
