2、With the rapid development of society, the demands of customers improve gradually. As a result, more and more emotional factors are added into marketing behavior. By now the emotional marketing is quite flourishing. The changing of the social environment not only brings emotional marketing challenges but also opportunities. This paper is based on the customer emotional factors analysis, makes a preliminary study of relationship marketing mode. Finally it puts forward the suggestions to the enterprise about how to deepen emotion with the customers in the new environment.
