检测糖的主要方法有色谱法、酶学方法。酶学方法容易受到样品中污染物引起的干扰的限制,而且酶的来源和纯化也是一个至关重要的问题。用色谱方法检测糖主要方法如下:气相色谱法(GC)、 液相色谱法(LC)、亲和色谱与高效液相色谱 (HPLC)、毛细管电泳(CE)、离子色谱法,但它们都有各自的缺陷。
近年来,合成能选择性识别生物活性分子的传感物质已引起了科学工作者的广泛关注。苯硼酸作为一种全合成的多羟基化合物的识别体,具有价格低廉、稳定性强、不易失活等优点,因此在过去的几十年里,得到了众多研究者的关注与重视。基于上述情况进行了本实验。本文主要论述了2种新型含酰胺基的化合物的合成过程。这2种3-酰胺基苯硼酸类化合物属于单硼酸化合物,尚未在SciFinder收录,分别为:
本实验操作步骤简单快捷,产品损失少。所得产物结构通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等波谱分析以及熔点测定进行了结构表征,实验数据显示产物结构符合目标产物的结构,表示实验取得成功。
