已经帮你做好了，32*32像素，背景透明。

点“图片另存为”保存在电脑上就可以了。保存在桌面就可以看到是透明背景的。

遗憾的是你的原图比较复杂，转换后清晰度不够。才32像素，大神来了也无法！
