新建个环境变量：
右击“我的电脑”-高级-环境变量，然后新建：UGII_UTF8_MODE 值为：1

曾经被坑死了，尝试了没用。现在解决方法：关键是许可证文件选择错误，应该为crack里面的许可证，才好和后来的配套，现在只需要重新安装许可证文件就行。我就这样解决的
