下的是青华科技的··而且还试过几个安装包都没安装成功。以前装的7.5安装成功了，后面说装8,0的一直没成功。我QQ是494919544

打开安装目录的licensing文件夹，双击运行lmgrd即可。希望给分，谢谢

那你的ugslgd覆盖没有

计算机--右键--管理--服务---UGS License Server (ugslmd) 启动一下就好了，绝对管，其余的啥的都是没用的。

我的刚开始时也是这样的，后来我用任务管理器把正在运行的LMGRD.EXE全结束了，然后重新启动LMTOOLS，按安装教程上的再设置一次许可证，完成之后再重启软件就OK了，我装了好多次，终于运行正常了。

可能是你的Ug软件的某些证书被杀毒软件给禁止启动了！取消禁止就好了！
