This kind of nomad-like life style can distinguish itself in these countries, its appearance and the existence has its rationality and inevitability. Furthermore its development will not be possible without the very high rate of private car ownership, very convenient highway system, mechanized housing manufacturing industry and aided by completed system of legislation and management.

The wide spread of the nomand-like life style in so many European and American countries, is never without a reason. It is largely due to the widely use of private automobiles,highly developed highways, the massive construction of houses and the compelete legislation and management system.

你翻译的问题不大，就是每个词都是中文对应过来。第一句我改成the existence....is never without a reason.翻译成中文就是存在既有合理性。其中，this kind of xxx-like,里面kind和like意思重复了，都表示这一类，我去掉了kind.然后,剩下的句子我简化了一些词语。汽车的话，一般泛指的话，也说car,但是更加泛指一点也用automobiles,所以我也改了。还有就是房屋制造，确实是这样，建房子快得很，而且都按一个模子来建造.基本上如果是我，我就会这么翻译。先要理解中文的意思，然后根据脑海里的意思来翻译。
