In current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. In the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors.

Now life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. But they get easy to be ill, Why?

I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health. So I exercise every day. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. Of course, I love junk food, too, and I eat it once a week. And I sleep nine hours every day.

The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes

It's very important to keep healthy. I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldn't eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger. Don't eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Don't spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. It's good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. So try to have more sports in our spare time instead of staying at home. Besides we should have good living habits, such as having enough sleep, don't smoke or drink too much, washing our hands before meals and so on. Following these, I am sure we can be healthy.

How to lead a healthy life? That is not a very difficult question to answer. If you want to achieve it, you should begin with the following two main points.
First of all, you should form a good living habit, that is to say, never stay up late or set yourself under too much pressure. You can try to make a schedule for your everyday life, including the time you must get up and the time for sleep. If something important makes you change that time table one time, you must adjust the folllowing day. And when you feel in great tension, find a way to relax yourselves, like listening to some music or hanging out around, and so on.
Eating a balanced diet is also important for your heath, To have a nutritious breakfast is necessary. And don't eat too much fast food, because it is rich in fat, which can make you heavy. You can choose to eat less for dinner, to eat more fruit instead.
if you hold on to your plans for health, you will surely lead a healthy life.

How to live a healthy life
In my opinion, healthy and happy life starts with eating which should be healthy and happy too. First of all, try to get more pleasure from eating. Stay away from junk food. Try the simple, easy, nice and healthy food. Love what you eat and make it simple, tasty and healthy.

As we all know, enough sleep is important. So make strict schedules to guarantee your sleep time. Lack of sleep may result in serious health problems. So just relax and plan well and go to bed on time.

Last but not the least, take sports into your life. Choose a sport you like and stick to it. It's better to find some friends of the same interest so that you can go together and share your experiences. You make new friends too while you play sports.

To conclude, we all need to eat, sleep and play well to lead a healthy life. And I think we also need to learn to live a simple, easy and slow life.
