切花月季是世界四大切花之一,也是我国第一大鲜花花,但由于我国栽培技术比较落后,导致月季切花的产量低、品质差。目前我国切花月季营养生理的有关研究很少,花卉专用肥料缺乏,生产中肥水管理落后,优良品种的生产潜力难以体现,同时由于气候、栽培条件的差异及农业生产本身的复杂性,又不能照抄硬搬国外成熟的栽培技术,因此必须自行研发本土栽培技术。此外,目前国内外月季切花生产中所使用的营养诊断方法主要是临界值法与测土施肥法,均为定性诊断方法,对生产的指导性不强,对产量缺乏预见。通过对切花月季营养特性与营养诊断技术的系统研究,可以制定科学合理的施肥管理措施,以实现产量、品质、效益与环保的协调-致。本论文从营养生理出发,首次综合应用肥料效应函数法、植物营养诊断法与基质淋洗液分析法,采用盆栽与定点采样测定方式系统地研究了北京地区现代化温室中无土栽培切花月季的营养特性、施肥管理及营养诊断技术。主要研究结论如下:
