Full-Duplex
In full-duplex mode ( also called duplex), both stations can transmit and receive simultaneously.
The full-duplex mode is like a two-way street with traffic flowing in both directions at the same time. In full-duplex mode, signals going in either direction share the capacity of the link. This sharing can occur in two ways : either the link must contain two physically separate transmission paths, one for sending the other for receiving , or the capacity of channel is divided between signals traveling in opposite directions.

在全双向方式（亦称双向）运行时，两个站可同时发出和接收信号。全双向方式就像双向行驶的街道，交通车流同时双向行驶。全双向方式时，信号流向哪个方向都行，共享连线的容量。这种共享可在两个方向发生：连线必须含有两个实体分开的传递路径，一个管发送，另一个管接收；或者通道的容量被分开，使信号在相反的方向传递。
