【内容摘要】近几年，会计信息失真问题非常严重，会计信息失真严重扰乱了市场经济秩序、阻碍了市场经济的发展，我国企业会计信息质量得不到保证，会计政策、规范和制度本身存在的缺陷又难以保证会计信息的完全真实。本文分别从会计信息制度性失真的原因和新《企业会计制度》对会计信息制度性失真的遏制两方面进行了分析与阐述,论述了如何不断完善会计法制制度、规范会计信息的生成，健全会计法规体系，提高会计信息的质量，并结合具体问题提出解决方法。
