Abstract: Pure strains of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) were isolated from lake surface water samples. Through the studying of the growth conditions of rhodopseudomonas palustris in the PSB under different compositions of culture medium, the results showed that the most suitable pH value for the growth of the bacteria was 6.5—7.5, the most suitable temperature was between the range of 25℃—35℃, the most suitable pure breed bacteria liquid inoculation amount was 10%, OD value was dropping gradually afters alinity was below 2 g•L-1, and corresponding to this was the assimilation rate of nitrogen and phosphorus.

By conducting research on the impact of different trace element metallic ions on the growth of PSB and the study of the assimilation rate of nitrogen and phosphorus, it was found that Mn2+ and Zn2+ had no significant promoting effect on the growth of PSB; while Cu2+ had certain positive effects and it reached optimum value with 0.1mg•L-1; it was found that Mn2+ and Cu2+ enhanced the assimilating ability of nitrogen and phosphorus, and reached an optimum value with ratio of 0.15mg•L-1 and 0.2mg•L-1.

Abstract: Select out the pure photosynthetic bacteria from the water sample got from the surface of the lake, and study its’ growth and NPD assimilation ratio. After the research, the result shows that the most proper inoculum concentration for Rhodopseudom onas Palustris to growth is 10%, with salinity 2 g/L, while the most proper PH for this bacterium is 6.5-7.5, and the most proper temperature is 25℃—35℃. The NPD assimilation ratio has a positive correlation with the growth of photosynthetic bacteria. After the orthogonal tests between the strains and three microelements, we analyzed the results and found that Mn2+, Zn2+and Cu2+ all have some positive effect on the growth of photosynthetic bacteria, and the extend of effect is Zn2+>Mn2+>Cu2+, while the density of Mn2+ is 0.15mg•L-1, Zn2+ is 0.10mg•L-1, Cu2+ is 0.20mg•L-1 in the culture medium, the bacteria grow best, and the related NPD assimilation ratio reaches the climax.
