自从我做了这份工作，几乎每天都是早出晚归，父母和朋友都不是很支持我的工作，他们觉得太累了，在中德银行工作的这几个月，平均一个礼拜就会有一名战友离开我们，但是又不断的会有新鲜血液流入进来，面对这些好朋友的离开，我也很舍不得，有的时候坚持不住，心理压力太大了，可是每次我都咬牙坚持了下来，我觉得任何事情都应该去尝试一下，因为我无法知道，什么样的事或者什么样的人将会改变我的一生。我在书上看到过这样一句话，每当我想放弃的时候就会想到它，以此来激励自己：其实每个人的青春都不容易，那青春是什么呢？我给他的定义就是为了不苦一辈子，一定要苦这一阵子。我知道钱是给内行人赚的——世界上没有卖不出的货，只有卖不出货的人。我会在中德银行这个平台，锻炼自己，提高自己的业务水平，让自己快速成长起来。

Sin friendce i took this work over,i have had nearly to work from moring till night. My parents and friends,however,neither of them support my work,the reason is that it is too tired for me.the months when i worked for the bank of zhongde,there was one man left us in a week on average,but there are still some new men joining us continuously.i felt sad about their leaving.Sometimes,heavy pressure just like a big stone ,and i am always oppressed by it,even though i do not give up.In my opinion,everything is unknown to you before you have tried it,you will never know what may change your life until you have a try.i often think of this sentence to urge myself when i want to give up:
