a.扩张的货币政策伴随着扩张的财政政策的话，收入提高引致的货币需求可以从扩张的货币供给得到满足，减少利率的提高，投资下降少，挤出效应减小。
b. 扩张的财政政策，收入提高，引致货币需求提高，利率上升，但投资对利率不敏感，所以减少的小，挤出效应小。
只有c挤出效应明显，投资对利率敏感，利率提高，投资大幅度减少，挤出效应明显。
