摘要：
本文运用问卷调查法,文献资料法,现场访谈法,数理统计法对绿园区全民健身的现状及发展趋势进行调查研究。调查表明, 全民健身的主体意识不强，经常参加体育锻炼的人数较少，尤其是中青年人群参与体育活动的比例较低，人们参与健身的余暇时间少和并且缺乏指导。健身场所及其组织管理上存在诸多问题。本文认为，绿园区全民健身应该凸显大众化，提升全民健身的主体意识，让不同层次人群都能参与到全民健身活动中来，让全民健身活动的开展带来社会经济文化的发展。针对于此，本文将结合实际查阅资料,收集信息对其进行深入分析,并提出建议和改进措施。

Green park popular fitness activities development trend Abstract: This paper a questionnaire survey, the literature material law, the scene interview method, mathematical statistics method to the green zone of the national fitness situation and the development tendency to investigate. Survey shows that the main body of the national fitness consciousness not strong, the number of people participate in regular physical exercise less, especially young and middle-aged people participate in sports activities in the low proportion, people involved in the fitness of leisure time and the lack of guidance and less. Fitness place and its organization management has many problems. This paper argues that, green park popular fitness should highlight popularity, improve the fitness of subject consciousness, let people can participate in different levels to popular fitness activities, let popular fitness activities to bring the development of social economy and culture. Based on this, the paper will be combined with actual data access, collect information to further analysis, and puts forward some Suggestions and measures to improve. The study of the trend of wellness exercise for the people in green zone .

abstract: This article adapts the questionnaire to survey, fact finding method, face to face interview, and mathematical statistics to conduct the study and analysis of the green zone people
's wellness trend. From the survey, it shows that the people in green zone have lack of self discipline, fewer people doing exercise especially for those youth and middle aged folks. These group of folks take less time in exercise and also lack of advice/assistance during the exercise as there are issues in the management and on site operations. The article indicates that in order to publicize the green zone wide exercise for the people, and to highlight the importance of exercise should allow all works of life to participate in the zone, let all folks enjoy the fruit of the economics and cultural success. Hence, this article consolidates the results of survey, the data gathered from the people and analyize them in great detailed and to propose ways to improve the works.
