近年来，尤其是我国加入世界贸易组织之后，随着我国经济快速发展，我国经济行为的日益国际化和全球化，我国的内部审计也随之飞速发展，但是企业内部审计在实践过程中面临了许多问题，使得企业内部审计的只能不能很好地发挥，严重阻碍了我国企业经济的发展。所以，建立一个完善的企业内部审计制度十分迫切。
在这个经济飞速发展的时期，我国企业内部审计必须解决好发展中存在的各种问题，完善企业的内部审计制度，促进我国经济更好的发展。而本文通过国内外企业内部审计发展的历程、国内外企业内部审计发展的现状以及国内外企业内部审计发展过程中产生的问题来进行分析和比较，找出中西方企业内部审计之间的差距然后分析我国企业内部审计中存在的四个问题，即我国企业缺乏对企业内部审计的认识、我国企业内部审计机构设置不完善、我国内部审计的相关法律法规不完善、我国内部审计的人员配置不完善，从这四个方面入手，提出相应的对策。

In recent years, especially after China’s entry into the WTO, China's internal audit system has been developing rapidly along with the Chinese economy, against the background of China’s economic behaviors gradually becoming international and global. However, the internal audit of enterprises is facing many problems in reality, and the related functions cannot be ideally brought into play, which seriously hinders the development of enterprise economy in China. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a good system of internal audit of enterprises.
In the current period of rapid economic development, it is necessary to address various problems related to the internal audit of enterprises in China and to improve the related internal audit system, so as to promote the better economic development in China. This thesis analyzes and compares the progress, status quo and problems in the development of internal audit of domestic and overseas enterprises, so as to identify the gap between the two systems at home and abroad. After that, it analyzes the four problems in China’s internal audit of enterprises, namely lack of related awareness among local companies, imperfect design of related institutions, inadequacies of applicable laws and regulations, as well as defects in related staffing. Last but not least, this paper proposes countermeasures against the four issues aforementioned.
