在人民币升值的背景下，我国出口贸易受到的各种影响日益凸显，部分外向型企业利润减少甚至难以为继。面对如此压力，一方面要求国家从宏观方面采取相应措施保证出口的正常顺利进行，另一方面也需要企业从自身微观角度进行创新和调节，真正又好又快得发展国民经济。基于此，本文从影响人民币升值的背景和原因出发，旨在对人民币升值对我国出口的各种影响及对策进行研究，为解决当前出口面临的主要问题提供参考，促进我国出口贸易的良好发展。

Exchange rate issue is closely related to national economic. Fluctuation of exchange rates will lead to great influence on foreign trade. Due to the Reform and Open-up policy, china has achieved rapid economic development, and economic strength grows day by day, which leads to a rapid development of foreign trade and accumulates abundant foreign reserves. On the other hand, pressure of the RMB appreciation arose in international market.
The RMB appreciation trend has been set. In this context, china faces more challenges in foreign trade, and some export-oriented enterprises can’t even maintain the status quo due to profit shrink. Under this circumstance, the government should take effective measures from macro side to ensure the access of export, and the enterprises should advocate innovation and incorporation. By analyzing the background and reasons of RMB appreciation, this paper focused on various influences on foreign trade and countermeasures caused by RMB appreciation. The researches results would be references for resolving this problem and developing foreign trade
