Abstract
Questionare, literature review, interview, mathematical statistics method are used in this thesis to deeply investigate the recent situation of the aerobics selective course in 8 universities: the Songhuajiang university in Gaoxin district, Changchun University of Science and Technology, Changchun University of Technology, JIlin University South Campus, Jilin University Nanling Campus, Jinlin Police Academy, Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jilin College of The Arts. The thesis aims to know more about the recent situation, the teaching contents, the teaching environment of the aerobics selective course , and the motivation of the students who learn aerobics. And it is going to find and analyze the important factors which influence the situation. Then it will find some methods to improve the aerobics courses and make more college students like this exercise.
