But because of the development time is short, weak, and so on, public service announcements to make greater achievements in China still need work. Regarded as the main power of society culture spreading, chinese public service advertisement has achieved great progress, but because of its short history of develope, foundement's unmature and other things like those, PSA, in order to make more progress, demands a lot of efforts. this paper, at first, analyze PSA of china simply, then finds out its advantage and diadvantage so that points out that PSA of china has its weakness and the necessary to improve it. at the same time, it is wise to obsorb foreign PSA's rich experience to improve chinese public service advertisement so that PSA of china will have a better future.

Chinese public service advertisement as the cultural dissemination of the backbone, has achieved great development. Because of the short time development, the weak foundation of Chinese public service advertisement problem, want to achieve greater results still need hard. This paper on China's public service advertising simple analysis, from the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of China, points out the deficiency of public service advertising mechanism, as well as the necessity of improving the public service advertising, and draw lessons from foreign experience in the development of China, combined with the present advertisement on Chinese public welfare advertisement future development are also put forward.
