3段，some people believe that there must be equlity for different gender, However, it is wrong,原因有1、2、3
4段：总之我就反对，而且这样有利于社会发展，it was decided before history that males and females are vary from their labority！（原始社会性别分工就不同了！）

其实，面授才讲的清楚。简而言之吧：男女一样多的几大好处
1、男女搭配干活不累，男性女性可以互相吸引，甚至成家，用人单位可以保持人员稳定；
2、对工作来说，可以避免性别问题的影响，女性过多也不好，因为要生孩子；
3、男女平等啊，对男性和女性的权益双方有同样的话语权。
