1. COMPANY proposes the following modification to Purchase Order “Terms of Payment” from page 5 of the conformed purchase order.

a. 50% of total purchase order price payment will be paid net 30 days by T/T after successful completion of all required FAT testing of equipment at Huzhou facility.

b. 40% of total purchase order price payment will be paid net 30 days by T/T after successful delivery of all equipment with exception of the 6 month operational chemicals.

c. 10% of total purchase order price will be paid net 30 days by T/T after successful submittal of all as-built documentation and complete delivery of semi-annual operational chemicals.
2. COMPANY notes CONTRACTOR concern regarding shipment lead time / shelf life of semi-annual chemicals and agrees to give CONTRACTOR 90 days notice for scheduling just in time delivery of all chemicals.
3 COMPANY requires the following equipment located in PLC cabinet to be removed and boxed for pick-up by CDB. CONTRACTOR to advise when components will be available for CDB.

2. 公司考虑到承包商在运输上需要预订交货时间，以及半年期操作用化学药品的保存期限的问题，公司同意提前90天给与承包商发货通知一遍承包商及时运送货物。

3. 公司要求对于以下的设备采用CDB包装，而不是现在的PLC柜。 请承包商说明什么时候可以CDB的组件可以到位。
