【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of treating cervical vertigo by means of manipulative reduction in combination with silver needle acupuncture. Method: To observe and discuss the efficacy after treating 83 diagnosed patients with manipulative reduction and silver needle acupuncture. Results: The treatment of manipulative reduction and silver needle acupuncture has 100% efficacy on all the patients. Conclusion: There is determined efficacy in treating cervical vertigo by means of manipulative reduction in combination with silver needle acupuncture.
