people these days always want to keep a healthy body. but, not many people know how to. first of all, we should balance our mind and body connection. what i mean by this is, one should keep his/her mental at a certain level while having a fit body. you shouldn't feel being forced to work out, because then you won't be happy. there are many ways to keep a happy mind, for example, instead of running on a treadmill, you can run outside. looking at trees, landscape, people, traffic can keep your mind off of just doing the exercise alone. second, doing exercise is not only about making yourself exhausted. you can be slowing walking up a hill, or move your arms and legs around while watching tv, those will be counted as exercise as well.
