So what is grateful? And what does it mean?
Well, in my heart, grateful is always a beautiful and warm word. It means that someone has given you or done for you, you have warm, friendly feelings towards them and wish to thank them.

I used to be a shy boy/ girl, and I was not confident because I always did bad in my exams, and I was always very upset. What’s worse, I felt that everyone laughed at me and looked down upon me. But things were just the opposite, everyone beside me tried to help me. For example, my neighbor lent her notebook to me and my teachers help me with my study and my grades were promoted quickly. Since then, I learnt to be grateful and always tried my best to help others. And I find that the real happiness is to help the others. I always tell myself that I will keep being grateful and I believe I can harvest more.
