Eating is very important to us humans, it can be the most important thing in life and death situations.But eating the wrong food can be deadly too so we mush be careful of what we it. Pay attention to see if it is not cooked or over cooked. You may need to cook at times. So we should pay attention to the ingredients we put in the food and the timings of your cooking time. Then at other time, you may want to buy food. So to look out for that and buy and eat food carefully, look at the food first.
