Mobile services are primarily the act of using the internet exchanging information searches, service exchange, information service and merchandise's value exchange through phones, PDA, notebook computers, and other mobile devices. Tranditional internet service are extending and evolving in the mobile area. In the country, the mobile services are just for the basic uses, at its beginning, about mobile services' idea, evolving strategy, legal business, exchange safety, costumer relations, and personalized services extending to improving questions of many kinds . This article focuses on many aspects of the possibilities of personalize services in China, as for the current China mobile services personalized service contains some erupted questions to do basic analyse.
