摘 要
目的：提高治疗慢性乙型肝炎的治疗效果。方法：根据慢性乙型肝炎不同发展阶段，采用辨证论治与辩病论治相结合，参考现代医学诊疗技术（生化学检查、HBV血清学检查、影像学诊断、病理学诊断等），以健脾益肾、清热解毒利湿、活血化瘀为主治疗。结果：无论是临床症状，还是生化学指标，HBV血清学指标以及影像学方面都有较明显的改善，特别是在免疫清除期治疗中更为明显。结论：辨证论治与相现代诊疗技术相结合，有助于中医治疗慢性乙型肝炎水平的提高
