Recently some H7N9 flu cases have been reported in some parts of China. I'm so worried about you. Are you OK? Now I'd like to share some tips with you .
Firstly, you'd better stay away from chickens,ducks and birds, which can spread the disease. Secondly, do sports regularly to build you up, which can protect you from being infected.Besides,it is of great importance to keep good habits in your daily life. Wash your hands more often to keep them clean,open the window to let more fresh air in and eat more fruit and vegetables to keep you fit.
The disease is not so frightening as it appears to be. Take care and you'll be all right!
