The results showed that: compared with normal temperature preservation of seedlings, after saving regenerated seedlings in field in the process of growth, leaf soluble sugar, soluble protein and chlorophyll content were not significant difference. The results show that compared with the normal temperature preservation seedlings, save the regeneration in the field after seedling growth and development process of the blade soluble sugar, soluble protein and chlorophyll content they have no significant differences. That established the bosom chrysanthemum droplet vitrification method cryopreservation technique system can maintain a small huang ju seedling field physical stability regeneration, and is feasible.
