人力资源是企业最重要的资源,是企业制胜的利器。企业要想获得竞争优势,必须拥有一支高素质的员工队伍。而高素质员工队伍的建立,需要企业不断提高其培训能力。许多有远见的企业家已经认识到员工培训是现代企业必不可少的投资。只有通过培训、激励等方式最大程度地开发、利用人力资源,才能使员工的个人价值得到体现,企业得到长足发展。然而,目前的企业管理者对培训的理解和价值没有正确的认识,认为企业的员工仅仅是用来使用的,一旦员工的技能降低,不能给企业带来高效益时,就会更新员工的数量结构。而这种行为不仅是 对员工的不负责任的行为,对企业的发展也存在着较大的影响。基于此,本文首先分析了人力资源的培训开发方面存在的问题,并提出了对策。

Abstract: Human resource is the first capital of enterprise development. The essay indicated that the mian point on the conntation of talents, cultivating mothds and talents training in enterprises, meanwhile proposed the opinions on how to speed the professional talents cultivation with enterprise developing strategies.
HR is a significant source in enterprise, which is the big advantage condition affects the win situation. There must be the professional group consist of talents, if intended to gain more competitive advantage. The establishment of a professional group is definitly needed the ablity of cultivation promotion. Many far-sighted entrepreneurs has been realized that investment in talents cultivation is indispensable. The only way is traning and inspiration modes can develop and ultilize the HR resources maximumly,and embody the worth of the employees if the enterprise intended a continuous development. However, current administrator has wrong conception and misunderstood the worth of cultivation, who thought employee is just for work,it need to adjust the personnel structure once the stuffs have lower skills and lower contribution to the benefits. It's not just an irresponsible action,but will corrupt the image of enterprise. This essay found out a coping strategies by researching the problems in HR cultivation development .
