discount（用作名词 或 动词） 就是 off（用作形容词/副词或介词）的意思。
20% discount = 20% off。
说 20% discount off the price 也行，但不会有人说“20 percent discount off since it is low season”。建议改成 20 percent discount since it is low season 或者 20 percent off since it is low season。
a special coupon worth 20% discount off in your next purchase 中的 in 多余。20% discount off your next purchase 就好，或者 20% off your next purchase。

国外常用的词典均没有 20 percent discount off 或 20% discount off in your next purchase 这类说法。即便是口语 informal 表达，也查不到！其他常见的说法还有：
We offer you a 20% discount off your total purchases online.（off 作介词用！）
Extra 30% Off on Your Next Order!
20% discount on your next total shopping
15% savings on your next purchase
......
discount in 除了用于地点，如 Get up to 75% discount/off in your area，尚未见过 discount + in 用于采购（物品）上，人们习惯用 on。如上诸例。
