电脑这样蓝屏怎么解决啊··烦啊

我经常玩着玩着游戏一两个小时后突然就蓝屏·上面这样写着

1：查下你电脑上有没有病毒
2：你可以把内存拔下来再插上去看看，

应该是病毒问题
