我是我们公司的一名生产管理人员，虽然涉足管理这个领域时间不长，但是，我有信心和决心把这项工作做好。作为一名合格的生产管理者，必须对自己部门生产的产品质量负责，也就是说，我们必须生产出让客户满意的产品，尤其是在现在激烈的竞争环境中，这一点非常重要，这是立业的根本。
另外，我必须在不同情况下设定出高效的生产方式，这样才能确保低浪费，高产出，为企业带来效益。当然，基层的管理工作并不是一个人能独自完成的，也需要团队合作，和大家一起处理好工作，这样的成就给我带来了成功的喜悦的同时，也给我带来了丰厚的报酬，这也是我为什么喜欢目前这份工作的原因，当然，我不会满足现在的状况，也要不断学习，以便更好的投入到工作中去。

I'm a production administrative personnel of our company. Though it's not long since I entered the administration field, I have the confidence and determination to do this job well. As a qualified production administrative personnel, one must be responsible for products' quality produced in his own section. That is to say, we must manufacture products which satisfy our consumers, especially now when we are in a furious competition environment. This point is quite important for it's the basis for we to establish a business.
What's more, in order to guarantee low waste and high output, and to bring benefits to our company, I must work out efficient ways of production in various circumstances. Of course, even the foundamental work cannot be done by individuals, we need team work. Working together to do the job well can not only bring me the joy of success but also pay me a considerable salary. And this is also the reason why I enjoy my present work so much. Of course, I will not feel content with the current situation, instead, I will continue my study as to better devote myself into the work.
