信用证的英语翻译问题

Time of shipment:Within 30 days after receipt of L/C,
Payment:By 100% Comfirmed Irrevocable lettter of credit in favor of the sellers to be available by sight draft to be opened and to reach china before May 1,2009 and to remain valid for negociation in china until the 15th days after the foresaid Time of Shipment.
如果按照上面说的话信用证的有效期应该是6月14号吧，可是答案说是6月15号，难道15th day 意思是15号？
Date of issue开证日期指的是信用证开到议付行还是仅仅是开证行开立了信用证？

这里没有对信用证的有效期做规定~

简单讲就是交单期，转运日后15天内，交单地点：中国

这里没有信用证的有效期Expiry date做规定~
