目的 探讨治疗肛肠病术后减轻疼痛、水肿、促进创面愈合的有效方法。方法 将516例肛肠病术后患者随机分为两组（治疗组和对照组）,治疗组清洗创面后予以抗菌喷剂直接喷敷,对照组采用常规外科换药。两组均配合氦氖激光照射。结果 通过对术后两组创面疼痛、创缘水肿症状及术后创面愈合时间进行对比观察,发现治疗组创面疼痛缓解,创缘水肿减轻，创面愈合时间缩短，治疗组明显优于对照组,两者比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。 结论 抗菌喷剂配合氦氖激光具有良好的促进创面愈合作用,其疗效可靠，安全方便。

Objective: To study an effective postoperative treatment for anorectal diseases to relieve pain, edema and promote healing of the wounds.
Methods: 516 anorectal postoperative patients were randomized into two arms as treatment arm and the controlled one. Cases in the treatment arm were directly sprayed anti-bacterial aerosol after cleaning their wounds, while those in the controlled arm were given conventional dressing. Both arms were treated exposed under He-Ne laser irradiation.
Results: Through observation and comparision between such two arms in terms of wound pain, edema symptom of the wound edge and postoperative healing time for the wounds, it was found that the treatment arm could relieve wound pain and edema of the wound edge, and showed better effect over the controlled arm as its counterpart with statistics difference as P(P斜体表示)<0.05.
