In order to provide the basis for optimizing cultivation wheat stress-resistance, under pot experiment conditions, to19as materials, studied post-anthesis stage (5-8d after anthesis ), medium (15-18d after anthesis ) transient high temperature waterlogging stress on winter wheat seed grain starch accumulation enzyme activity effect. The results showed that: high temperature processing of wheat grain starch content, amylopectin content, a direct ratio, starch accumulation was significantly lower than control, was significantly higher than that of waterlogging; amylose content was significantly higher than the control, significantly lower than the waterlogging; high temperature and waterlogging interaction significantly, increased hazard, premenstrual stress had a significant effect than later adversity processing. Treatment of sucrose content and SS, AGPP, SSS and GBSS activity changes trend and grain starch accumulation have almost the same change trend. Adversity makes each index ahead of the peak period, shorten the grouting peak, thereby reducing the yield.
