In university I spend many hours playing outdoor sports. I enjoyed team sports like basketball and volleyball. Among lots of sports basketball is my favourite .I fall in love with it the first time I touch it.I really enjoy the feeling when you shoot the ball right in the basket,it brings me much confidence not only in basketball play but also in my real life.And when you play basketball you can learn a lot from it.The ball gets up and down just like how the life is.And everytime it gets down it bounces back,I know from this point that when we are defeated by the difficulties in life we should just get up and move on.Also we realise the importance of team work from basketball.Well it is my favourite sport,and I believe you will like it too.
在大学我把大量的时间用来做户外运动。我喜欢团队运动，比如篮球和排球。 我最喜欢的运动在许多运动，篮球是我最喜欢的。我爱上了它我第一次接触。我真的喜欢的感觉，当你把球放在篮子，它带给我很大的信心不仅在打篮球，但也在我真正的生活。当你打篮球，你可以学到很多从它。球，就像生活。每次它得到了它反弹回来，我知道这一点，当我们战胜生活中的困难，我们应该继续往前走。我们也认识到团队合作的重要性，从篮球。它是我的最喜欢的运动，我相信你也会喜欢。

Football is my favorite sport. Every time I play football with my classmates in the playground, we are very excited.

During this summer vacation, I usually play football at four o’clock in the afternoon. I usually play it with Xia Haoran. He is one of my good friends. I haven’t got a football. But Xia Haoran has a good one. He always plays with me and we are happy.

I watched the FIFA World Cup 2006 on TV in this summer vacation. My father and my mother are all football fans. They made me into a little fan.

I like the German football team, but they didn’t win the champion in the end, and I was very disappointed.

I love this game, and I hope that I can be a football star in my school.

what are the most important qualities an athlete needs?

As we all know, to be a good athlete, we musthave good qualities such as athletic skills, honesty, perseverance, a spirit of team work, and a great sense of responsibility, self-confidence as well as a a positive attitude towards life., among which I think a positive attitude towards life , perseverance and a spirit of team work are the most important qualities an athlete needs. Here are the reasons;
First of all, a positive attitude towards life is the basic need for our players. as long as we have this quality, whatever challenge we face , we will have confidence to conquer it.
Further more, perseverance plays an important role for an athlete to succeed . Just like an old saying goe;practice makes perfect. as long as we insist on working towards his goals , he will succeed one day.
last but not least, to be a good athlete , it is necessary to have a spirit of team work . As we all know, sport is a game , which need lots of people to take part in. a spirit of team work is tie for us to work together for our dreams . Only when we joint our efforts together can we succeed and enjoy the pleasure and fun brought by team work.
