这道题其实也上面内道是一样的。都用到了过去进行时。

关于最后一题：
While 也可以一个过去进行时，一个过去式的。你自己可以分析一下的：
首先看A这个选项，前后都是现在的时态，肯定不对，因为她看电视，门铃正好响这个事情不可能经常发生吧；
看B选项，前面是现在进行时，后面却是过去式，时态不一致，所以不对；
看C选项，翻译一下，当她（那个时候）正在看电视的时候，门铃响了，过去进行时，强调的是“那个时候正在干什么~”，所以C肯定对；
再看D选项，你先把单词放进去翻译一下：当她看了电视的时候，门铃正在响，很显然的不对。
综上所述：选C
