Normally,as I grew older,I should be more and more mellowing,however,troubles and problems are always accompany me,even after I was addimited in the university.

In my opinion,one of the most serious problems I'm facing is related to the interpersonal relationship.As I'm a bit quiet since I was a child,usually,I won't talk with my classmates or teachers on my own initiative,however,as time goes by,I successfully entered the university and ignored even forgot about my personality,for I thought it won't have effects on me at all.After entering the university,due to less courses and schoolwork,I have more spare time to operate,namely that I should have taken an active part in various activities to lay the foundation for me to step into society.However,I usually prefer to stay alone and not willing to communicate with others,as a result,my classmates gradually stand off me,in this case,I start to feel the pressure and always feel depressed.

Therefore,I wonder how can get rid of this serious problem,maybe,the best way for me is to try to change myself.
