回答：
1）as ...as 表示“相等”之意；用于同级比较时，既可用于肯定中也可用于否定句中，如：
Mike is AS tall AS I. 麦克和我一般高。
Mike is not AS tall As I. 麦克没有我高。

2）so … as 只能用于否定句中，也就是说，通常是以 NOT so...as 出现的；如：
The Atlantic Ocean is NOT AS big AS the Pacific Ocean. 大西洋没有太平洋大。

3）在否定句中既可以用 not as ...as...也可以用 not so...as, 而在肯定句中只能用 as...as;
如：
The Atlantic Ocean is NOT AS big AS the Pacific Ocean. 大西洋没有太平洋大。
