考察的是定语从句，who 引导的定语从句修饰teachers，这个你说的没错，但是先行词前头有the only one修饰表示单数，所以要用has，D不对
第二题：
这是一个强调句，验证方法就是把it is...who去掉省下来me （）responsible for the matter.因为me跟在is后，所以不能用主格I的形式，变成了me但是后头的系动词还是要用am的，I am...
意思是对这件事情负责的人是我。
第三题：
A表示我确实是不能，B虽然表示我也不能，但是do应该变成can't,因为问句里就是用can't 说的。同样C项的do应该变成can，D项的意思是我也不会。
第四题：
一些学生回家了，剩下的呢？空处应该填the others,或者the rest

2 由我对这事负责, 这是个强调句, 去掉it is ... who 以后句子仍然成立 就是强调句,
去掉后 主语是第一人称单数 所以be动词用am

3.D的意思是我也不会. 这个me either的翻译没有固定的几个字, 要看句子的意思.反正别人说他没做过什么什么, 或者不是什么什么, 如果你也是如此 就可以用me either.

4. the rest 意思是剩下的, 根据句子意思 其他都不对
