生理盐水注射评估自体颗粒脂肪在颞部填充中的应用
[摘要] 目的：探讨生理盐水注射评估自体颗粒脂肪在内部填充中的应用，已达到术后颞部丰满，效果满意。方法：术前一天注射生理盐水至凹陷处评估自体脂肪需要量，选择腰腹部脂肪为供区，应用肿胀麻醉法，采用注射器抽吸颗粒脂肪，纯化处理后注入颞部缺少部位。

结果：本组16例颞部缺少、凹陷患者进行自体颗粒脂肪移植，取得良好整形效果。结论：该方法疗操作简便，易于接受且能较准确评估所用脂肪量，填充效果满意。

[ Abstract ] Objective: To investigate the physiological saline injection of autologous fat granules filled assessment in the application, has reached the postoperative temporal busty, effect satisfaction. Methods: preoperative day saline injections to sag evaluation of autologous fat requirements, selection of waist and abdomen fat for the area, application of tumescent anesthesia method, using syringe suction fat granule, purified into temporal missing parts.
Results: the 16 cases of temporal depression patients were missing, transplantation of autologous fat granules, good shaping effect. Conclusion: the method is simple and easy to accept the treatment, and can accurately evaluate the amount of fat, filled with satisfactory results.
