I think the way to keep healthy is to have a balanced diet, go to bed and get up early. Don't ever stay up late. Go and have more outdoor sports instead of staying indoor all the time. Be happy. In this way everybody is sure to have good health.

In my opinion, tips of keeping healthy is balancing one's diet, no staying up late in the night, as is known to all, early bed and early up makes life healther,happier and more energetic, and one can never keep in-door all day long, go out and take some exercise. psychologically well being in some occasion is more important, so one should always have a sunny mood. Taking all the tips above, and I believe, in return, anybody can havest a healthy life.
